Terms of Service

1. Agreement

EvoMatch helps people find professional connections, mentors, collaborators, and friends based on shared values, goals, and personality — not a dating service. By creating an account or using EvoMatch, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use EvoMatch. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you’re old enough to use EvoMatch but not yet old enough to form a binding contract on your own where you live, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms with you.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Don’t impersonate anyone or create a profile for someone else without their permission.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or fraudulent.
• Use EvoMatch for commercial solicitation, spam, or scraping.
• Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. See our Community Guidelines for the full detail on what’s prohibited and how enforcement works.

5. AI-generated content

Compatibility scores, match explanations, and suggested conversation openers are generated by an AI model based on the profile information you and other members provide. They’re intended as a starting point for conversation, not a guarantee of compatibility, fit, or outcome. Use your own judgment.

6. Safety

EvoMatch does not conduct criminal background checks on members. You’re responsible for your own safety when connecting with people, online or in person. Never send money to someone you’ve met on EvoMatch.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer & liability

EvoMatch is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or your interactions with other members.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
