EvoMatch

Community Guidelines

Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. What’s not allowed

These apply to profiles, photos, and messages:

  • Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of another member.
  • Hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks people based on a protected characteristic.
  • Sexually explicit content or unsolicited sexual advances.
  • Scams, phishing, payment solicitation, or off-platform sales pitches.
  • Content encouraging self-harm or violence.
  • Impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresenting who you are.
  • Spam, bulk messaging, or automated/scripted use of the app.

2. How enforcement works

Every message you send is checked by an AI model for likely violations of the rules above; anything it flags, along with anything a member reports directly, lands in the same review queue for a human to look at. AI flagging is a filter for human attention, not an automatic penalty: it never blocks a message from being sent or takes action on its own.

When a human reviews a flagged item, they can leave it alone, temporarily suspend the account, or ban it outright, depending on severity and history. Every enforcement action is logged with who did it, to whom, and why.

3. Suspension vs. ban

A suspension is temporary: access returns automatically once it expires. A ban is indefinite. Both remove your ability to use EvoMatch until lifted; a ban can be lifted manually if it turns out to have been a mistake.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report or block anyone from their profile or your conversation with them. Blocking is immediate and mutual: neither of you will see or be able to reach the other again anywhere in the app. Reporting sends the account for human review; you don’t need to block someone to report them, or the other way around.

5. Appeals

If your account was suspended or banned and you think it was a mistake, email chayathontungmanelatkul@gmail.com and include the email or name on the account so we can look it up.
